My iMac no longer will start up. I purchased the upgrade March 29 and installed it with no problems. It seemed to work fine the first few days. Then it began freezing up after being on for about five minutes. Now it will not start up at all. Suggestions?
Thanks,
Scott

Well... that isn't good.
Did you check the temp or get any messages on the screen from MAChSpeed Control? I am assuming that MAChSpeed Control was installed of course.
The issue could be overheating by inproper installation, or RAM, or the cache has gone bad... which does happen sometimes. But normally, the cache going bad manifests as chime, but no video.
The card also may have not been pushed completely into the connector. Over a few days of heat and cool, it would cause the card to stop functioning.
I suggest removing and reinstalling the upgrade first.
