I am hoping you get some feedback from your request. As far as success of the upgrade? No complaints since we started shipping version 1.

The 15" 1.67 actually uses a higher speed CPU, clocked back down to 1.67. It runs extremely cool, yet fast.

Is the $399 for the 1.67 to1.92 upgrade?

Ouch sorry. We don't upgrade the 1.67. We do upgrade Aluminum PowerBooks from 1.0, 1.25, 1.33, 1.5 to 1.67, 1.75, 1.93 and 1.92.
