Hey gang,
I have two questions. The first is should I update the 10.3.2 system I have to 10.3.9? Not sure if the lombard with the G4 update is going to run well with the latest update.
Second is, every since I can remember, the green power light has only worked when the powerbook starts up (blinks on once) and when the system sleeps (blinks) but it never stays on.
Is it supposed to be on?
Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the forums!
Yes, update your lombard to the latest updates in Panther. There are a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements for the G4.
The green light on the Lombard (and Pismo), will light up momentarily when it boots and pulse when it sleeps. This is also the way the light works on the iMac G5.
