I own a Mac consulting and repair company and have used Daystar's products for about 3 years now. I have been difficult to deal with, asking question after question, yet Gary has always been patient, helpful, and very professional with/to me. He's returned my messages on Saturdays and Sundays, calling from home or wherever he happened to be, putting me, the customer, first. I didn't bring Daystar large amounts of revenue, ordering on an incident by incident basis and stocking nothing, yet I was treated as a valuable person by Gary and his incredible staff.
Anyone who is in the business of buying/selling high-tech products knows that the business is fraught with fools and scam artists who treat you as if they are doing YOU the favor by LETTING you buy from them. Daystar has never been that way and they give much more than they get.
Lastly, their products are truly remarkable. My clients are thrilled with their upgrades and I have always been impressed with Daystar's highest quality, from the product all the way to the packaging and shipping. Their prices are fair and offer an unparalleled value when compared to the alternatives. Happy New Year to you, Gary, your family, and your staff. Good work!
