Hi,
Since no reply was forthcoming to my last email (to sales@daystartechnology.com) and ebay message sent two days ago, I decided to post this issue here on this forum.
In last March I won the item mentioned on the subject and payed USD152.41 for it (by Paypal transfer, March 13th).
More than five months have passed and the item still hasn't arrived.
In June I sent an email to daystar asking for a tracking number to check if it was still on the mail. In the reply (the only ever received) daystar alleged it had no records of such transaction, asking for the details of the payment. Copy of the Paypal payment information was sent imediately, but no reply was ever received.
Again in July a new email was sent asking for information on this issue. Once more daystar did not reply to my email.
Two days ago, and for the last time, a new mail and ebay message were sent to daystar, forwarding again the information asked for in June.
As expected, I'm still waiting for an answer and the dued explanations.
If this issue is not resolved on the next few days, I'll have no other choice than to report it both to eBay and Paypal.

Thanks for posting. I checked the email records. We don't have any direct questions. There is a question from yesterday on eBay which I did respond to.
Anyhow, you are correct. The eBay / PayPal payment was received, but the eBay notice was missed, and the order was never put into the store system. I am sincerely sorry. I have entered the order (you should have an email). We will ship immediately. You should have your board by early next week. Hi Gary,
Thanks for your quick answer and help.
All my emails (including the one sent last week) were sent to the daystar email address used for the payment.
Also in June a first ebay message was sent and replied to by your services.
I don't believe the board to be here in Portugal next week, and in addition, if it is not here before September 6th it will be pretty useless as I'm moving to Barcelona until the end of the year.
And in the event that it is stopped at Customs, lazy as they are, it will take a couple of months to arrive.
